The property operates a self-check in system and the apartments/units are self serviced. There is no reception or concierge at this property. Guests will be sent check in instructions via email 2 days prior to arrival.

The apartments are located from the lower ground floors through to the 3rd floors (no lift). Special requests regarding floors cannot be accommodated.

Concept Serviced Apartments cannot guarantee that all special requests can be confirmed but the property will try their best to do so wherever possible.

The Serviced Apartments have a strict maximum occupancy of 2 persons and do not allow children or additional adult guests. There are no sofa beds and no cots.
