Fantastic location with close proximity to St Ives (20 minute walk) and less than a mile walk to Porthminster and Carbis Bay beaches. St Merryn offers clean, spacious and affordable accommodation. Each room has its own private bathroom and includes a small flat screen tv, hairdryer and kettle. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, with one family room on ground floor, and remaining bedrooms on the first and second floor. There is no lift and there are approximately 40 number steps to the top floor (please note the lowest priced rooms are situated on the second floor), and some of the rooms on the second floor have restricted height (attic rooms; please see pictures). Most rooms on the front of the property have some sea views. Free WiFi is available in communal area on ground floor only. Free parking is available, however, there are limited spaces and we let on a first come first saved basis.

Less than 1 mile to Carbis Bay and Porthminster beaches, and just over one mile into the harbour in St Ives .
