Our beautiful 1850’s Coastguards Cottage has been totally renovated over the past 3 years. Being located at the end of the terrace, it is completely private, with a sunny walled garden, yet is a minutes walk from the beach down our private footpath, exiting next to the Lobster Pot restaurant. Original features are in abundance, and the charm and character of the cottage is totally unique, with the modern finishes of a contemporary home in a superb setting.

Bognor Regis, England, United Kingdom Our Cottage is tucked away in a very private location with no roads nearby. The sounds on waking up in the morning are either Seagulls, or the sea rolling over the stones on the beach. Felpham is a very pretty seaside village situated a short walk from Bognor Regis, and Butlins should you want to entertain the children. The village has a family butchers, post office, church, a selection of shops, and plenty of places to eat or grab a takeaway, but most importantly, four local pubs all within walking distance! Felpham promenade boasts two wonderful cafés, a sailing club, tennis courts, pitch and putt green along with beach huts on the greensward. Not to mention the miles of unspoilt shingle and sandy beach. When the tide is out go rock pooling or walk along the beach to neighbouring Elmer Sands or Bognor Regis. It's worth checking out Bognor town centre as it has a great high street and has recently benefited from a number of new independent restaurants and cocktail bars.
