A Victorian terraced cottage in the town centre. 5 minutes walk away from cafes, bakeries, bars, restaurants, the market square, swimming pool and train station. London 1 hour, Canterbury 10 minutes. Plenty of beautiful architecture and historical interest. Set in the heart of hop and fruit growing country we're also home to Shepherd Neame Brewery. The house is minimally furnished with antiques, modern pieces and original art. Our breakfast is free, delicious and mostly organic, sourcing local food where we can and making much of it ourselves. Sit in the sunny dining room in summer or accompanied by a cosy log burner in winter. A medium sized well behaved and well loved dog ( he features a lot in our reviews) lives here too. Lots of local advice on offer should you require.

Beautiful architecture, countryside and seaside. Quiet, central for exploring London and the south east.
