My property is situated on a residential street in a suburb of Harrogate. It is most conveniently placed for access to both trains , which go directly to either Leeds or York and which are both major travel hubs. The property is approximately a 25 minute walk to the centre of town and it is equidistant between Harrogate and Knaresborough. The Yorkshire show ground is really close by which is handy for both visitors to various shows and to exhibitors. Also living in the property are a cat and two Labradors. Neither animal goes up to the top floor where the rooms and bathroom are, and both are friendly! The accommodation that is available comprises of two bedrooms and a small shower room that is available exclusively to you when you stay. There are two flights of stairs to reach the accommodation as it is on the top floor of my house. I do not offer breakfast or any meals, but biscuits are available in the rooms.

As well as hosting rooms in my property, I worked as a teacher in a local Special Needs School until recently and now I tutor
