With the beach and sea directly in front of the property providing breath-taking, panoramic views of the sea from all front windows and outside seating. A fully refurbished townhouse, comprising of a large lounge with uninterrupted sea views, kitchen diner to the rear. A main bedroom with stunning sea views, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom to the rear. Dedicated parking provided. Ideal beachfront property suitable for either a couple wanting to relax or up to four guests.
Always enjoyed staying by the sea at every opportunity. In 2020 took the opportunity to purchase this three bedroom house located at the beach front in Stonehaven. Refurbished the property top to bottom, inside and out completing early 2021. Now enjoying the panoramic beach and sea views and sounds.
Located in the coastal town of Stonehaven with the beach just metres directly in front of the property. All areas for the old town are walkable from this centrally located beach front property.
