Studland Cottage is one of just a handful of properties that have a uninterrupted sea view of Studland Bay stretching from Bournemouth in the East to Old Harry Rocks in the West, Isle of Wight is in direct view. A path beside the property leads directly to the Beach. The World famous Studland main beach is just a stones throw away and walkable from the cottage. The Bankes Arms pub is literally across the road with its beautiful beer garden and sea views. The cottage has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and all fixtures and fittings are new for 2023, the outside area is complete with BBQ, seating and loungers and umbrella's. There is a very well stocked local shop in the village and its possible to park on day one and not use the car again. The Jurassic coastal path is just around the corner and its a good walk over the hill to Swanage Bay. Also we have a 5 minute walk to The Pig on the Beach and its well renowned food and wine. The area is mainly under National Trust management and its heritage and integrity maintained. The property is unique and its stunning views and location are second to none.

You are on Manor Road, with its direct access to the Beach and Jurassic Coastal path. The area is usually very popular all year round and in the summer queues for the Beach Car Park start before most of us get up, but at Studland View you already there. The village has a pub and excellent restaurants in easy reach and local store for all the essentials.
