Grandeur Property Management Limited is a service provider that manages this property on behalf of the owner. This is one of a series of superior properties the team has available for short to long term let in the Dorset/Hampshire area of southern England. The quality of every guest’s experience is vital to the team, which is why we will ensure the home is presented to the very highest standard for your arrival. Our job is to make sure this happens, we are on hand for any and all of your needs, so please feel free to contact us at any time. Should you have any queries, we are open 7 days a week. We operate a self-check-in service to give our guests more flexibility. Closer to your arrival date an email will be sent to you detailing the location and code of the key box to enter the property.

Experience luxurious living in this charming lodge while enjoying the tranquil views of the lake from the expansive patio space. Complete with a hot tub for relaxing soaks and al fresco dining. This is a must in the summer, with two sets of French doors leading to the outdoor oasis. Or cosy up by the log burner on chilly evenings with underfloor heating and accent lighting above the dining table sets the mood for intimate meals. Parking There is a driveway to the front of the property with space to park two cars. Please be aware there is a 5mph speed limit on the driveway of this property. Please note that a small portable gas BBQ is available upon request. Furthermore, please take note that the second floor of this property has limited headroom, and as such, we recommend that this space is used mainly for children. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.

Due to the rural location it is easiest to access Lakeside Lodge by car, via the A350. There is a driveway to the front of the property with space to park two cars. The nearest train station is Hamworthy (5.8 miles). Buses are available to Sturminster Marshall. Please check online for the most up to date information on services as these vary throughout the year. Bournemouth Airport is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Lakeside Lodge.

- Infants will be counted as a guest

- Strictly no stag or hen parties

- Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)

- If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)

- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.

- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.
