The property is set within the garden of the owner. It’s setting is outstanding. Both private secluded and bespoke . It sits in the very heart of Pendle Hill . A Private unmade road that is uphill and bumpy takes you to your hamlet . It is very rural . You room has a bed and an en-suite in it . Outside you also have the full use of a full sized authentic tepee weather permitting and depending on the season .
The property is of a high end standard . Comforting thoughtful tranquil bliss has been the flavour of its creation . Along with its ethical organic themes . Your stay will be memorable .A good size quiet fridge is there to keep your wine and food chilled ! There is a microwave and grill combination oven . An expresso coffee machine and coffee pods .
Please enquire about breakfast menus and bespoke private dining or room service . This isn’t always available and it is advised to contact directly regarding any enquiries. Please enquire for more details. These are all pre book only basis . We have catered for birthdays and anniversaries or time with family & friends . Romantic moments are memorable!

The neighbourhood is very peaceful with sheep mostly being the only noise you may hear.You’ll see birds of prey catching there prey . Rabbits and Deerare often spotted . Pendle Hill is One yard from the properties exit gate and a short walk to the famous steps . There is a dramatic forest to discover with reservoirs and streams . The famous Pendle Trail. Two fantastic pubs locally with more a short distance away that serve fab beers and great food . Clitheroe is 20 mins away with many beautiful villages surrounding your spoilt for choice . A trip to the lakes is 2.30 hrs away . Manchester airport an hour or for shopping 50 mins . There are buses that come frequently to Barley which is a short 30 minute walk away . Hiking and walking directly from the property offer so many routes you’ll be spoilt for choice !
