Adliv Host was established in 2020 after successfully managing our own holiday let properties for a couple of years. Adliv Host is run by a Husband and Wife Team who both live in the local area. All guest communication is handled by them personally to ensure the best service is delivered at all times. What to expect when you book with us…. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the steps that you need to complete to confirm the booking. You will find secure links within the email to complete your booking. We do require all stays pay a refundable damage deposit of 200 hundred pounds. Assuming no damage has been caused to the property during your stay, this deposit is fully refunded after the property has been cleaned and inspected after check out. You can expect to see your refunded deposit back in your account within 5-10 working days (timing depends on who you bank with.) We also require the lead guest to sign and agree to our T&C’s and upload a copy of either their driving licence or passport for verification to our secure system. We allow 1 small dog but does incur a thirty pound additional fee upon booking. Please ensure you make us aware that you will be bringing a dog upon booking. We strive for all of our guests to have a 5-star stay so if you feel that your stay can be improved in anyway, please make sure you reach out to us.

Quiet, friendly neighbourhood, within close proximity to beach, Dreamland, train station and town centre. Margate beach, the Turner Contemporary and local bars and restaurants are pretty much all within a 10-15 minute walk from the house. Margate train station is within close proximity as well as local bus routes into surrounding towns such as Ramsgate and Broadstairs. Driving around Margate and surrounding towns is also very easy. There are also some great Coastal walks for those who are interested.
