Recently renovated to a high standard, the property features a modern and stylish décor. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities. A spacious lounge offers comfortable seating, a smart TV, books and games and a dining area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, One with a king size bed, one double and a single. All bedrooms have clothes storage and smart TVs. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor, and benefits from a bath with waterfall shower over along with a toilet and basin with storage. Additionally there is a ground floor WC. There is a fully paved private rear garden with a seating and dining area. The property offers free gated parking for one vehicle for the duration of your stay.
Centrally located within the King's mile area of Canterbury, the property is within walking distance of the Marlowe Theatre, the high street and Canterbury Cathedral. There are many restaurants, cafes and eateries locally along with both independent and nationally recognised retail shops. There are parks and open spaces to enjoy along with many sightseeing opportunities. Canterbury is a beautiful market town steeped with history and culture, with lovely old buildings and cobbled streets and a stunning cathedral in its centre.
