As such, we are very approachable and will help guests with anything they need during their stay. We have a family and this is a family run business! So whilst we offer our properties for corporate or business use, we also welcome families with open arms and provide extra facilities such as high chairs, travel cots and baby bath supports where needed, at no extra cost (kids are expensive enough, right?!) Summerfield House is a modern & elegantly decorated 3-bed house to accommodate up to 7 people. Kept immaculately clean at all times, you can depend on us for a comfortable & enjoyable stay that feels just like home. Bedrooms include a choice of king / single beds & a sofa bed downstairs. TVs with Netflix in 3 bedrooms & in lounge. We have a main bathroom. Off road parking for 2 cars & additional on road parking is available. Travel cot & high chair available if needed - please just ask

Neighbourhood information

Summerfield House is situated just off junction 5 of the M42, only a 10-minute drive away from Birmingham International Airport and the NEC / Resorts World Arena. We are only a 2-minute drive away from Solihull town centre, and only 1 minute away from Solihull hospital, and 1 minute away from Jaguar Land Rover. Bruton Park is also close by, which is lovely for visits with children to feed the ducks! For an enjoyable day out, a half-hour drive will take you to the beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon or to Birmingham City Centre for an abundance of shops, restaurants, theatres and other attractions.
