This delightful, refurbished barn conversion is the perfect space for a group of up to six people, a perfect escape to the country! From the spacious parking area you will be met by the charming Cottage, with rustic red brick work as well as features from the original barn. As you enter the property into the open plan living and dining area you will find this to be the perfect space for a get together with a group of friends or family with a spacious yet homely feel. The authentic timber beams that grace the ceilings & walls really do fill the property with rustic charm and with vibrant yet tasteful decor this really gives a contemporary twist on a traditional property. Get stuck into your favourite series in from of the TV on the plush leather sofa and for the cooler evenings, cuddle up next to the electric fire. Follow through into the light and airy kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook up a storm or equally for a loved one to prepare you breakfast in bed! This well equipped area complete with washing machine & tumble drier for those longer stays as well as a central breakfast bar. With a sky light and also a glass door to the outside area, let the natural light flood in as you spend time in the heart of the home. Downstairs you will find two of the three bedrooms that the property accommodates, one being a cosy twin room and the second double bedroom which comes complete with dresser and additional storage. Additional to the bedrooms is a stylish bathroom with walk in shower, hand basin & the perfect bath tub to fill with bubbles for a relaxing soak. Head upstairs to the master bedroom, a spacious area with a king size bed, dressing table and also TV for those early nights. Timber beams also feature on the first floor giving a cosy feel to the again, modern decor. The shower room can be found on this floor, with a walk in shower & heated towel rail. Soak up the sunshine in the enclosed garden on the comfy outside seating area...

Montgomery Canal, Montgomery (2 miles) Take a walk (& even a picnic) and spot the wildlife that lives along the Canal. Offas Dyke Path, Montgomery (2 miles) Be surrounded by history & wildlife along the popular public footpath on the Welsh/English border. Lakeside Golf Course, Garthmyl (3 miles) Golf course with restaurant and bar. Powis Castle, Welshpool (6 miles) A mediaeval castle, fortress and grand Country house which has beautiful gardens and walks. If you're lucky you may spot a deer or two in the grounds! Coed Y Dinas, Welshpool (8 miles) Large and unique shopping centre created from old farm buildings. Whilst having a browse around all the fabulous aisles, check out Howards Restaurant serving hot and cold food as well as Sunday Lunch.
