Nestled in the peaceful Ceredigion countryside and just a 10-minute walk to Tresaith beach, our holiday let offers the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is attached to the main house and combines comfort, spacious rooms and tasteful décor. You can spend your days exploring the surrounding countryside trails, or simply unwind with a book on the decking and enjoy the sounds of the countryside. The tranquil garden is available for guests to walk around and explore, the river running through the garden is the River Saith, which feeds into the beautiful waterfall at Tresaith beach. We’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog at Sŵn Y Saith. Please ensure your furry friend is kept off the furniture and not left alone in the property. Please keep your dog on a lead while in the garden and ensure you clean up after them. We hope they enjoy their stay as much as you do! Guests have their own private access to the apartment and there is parking available for two cars. If there is anything you need during your stay, we live on site and we will try and help you wherever possible.

Tresaith is a charming seaside village on the stunning Ceredigion coast, known for its golden sandy beach, dramatic cliffs, and breathtaking sunsets. It’s a place where you can truly unwind — listen to the waves, watch for dolphins playing in the bay, and enjoy the relaxed pace of coastal life. One of Tresaith’s most special features is its beautiful waterfall, which cascades down the cliffs onto the beach — a perfect spot for photos and a favourite with visitors of all ages. The beach itself is ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing with an ice cream from the beach café. The coastal path offers some of the most scenic walks in Wales, with routes leading to nearby Aberporth and Penbryn, both with their own stunning beaches and lovely places to stop for refreshments. A short drive (or a longer scenic walk) will take you to New Quay, a lively seaside town with boat trips, restaurants, and shops, or to Cardigan, a historic market town full of character, independent stores, and a wonderful castle to explore. Tresaith is a small village with a big heart — the perfect base for discovering the magic of West Wales.
