Tavnaghoney Cottages are a short drive from Cushendall and Cushendun on the beautiful north-east coast of Ireland. Just a mile off the Antrim Coast Road in Glenann glen. Perfect for couples or families who want to get together (21 guests can be accommodated in the 3 cottages in total). Each cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and one upstairs. A double ensuite and a twin room on the ground floor are beside the family bathroom. The triple room upstairs has 3 single beds and an ensuite WC. The family bathroom on the ground floor has a separate shower and bath. The living/ dining/ kitchen space is L-shaped and you can relax, eat together and unwind after a busy day exploring or sightseeing. This are opens onto an enclosed space where you can bring your own disposable BBQ to enjoy. At the front of the property there is a picnic bench where you can take in the beautiful views towards Tiveragh (known as the 'fairy hill') and Lurigedan Mountain (known for the annual challenging Lurig Run during the Heart of the Glens Festival each August). Waterfoot and Cushendun beaches are a short drive away from the cottages.

Within easy driving distance of local villages, stunning mountains and beaches, Glenann is a hidden gem in County Antrim. From Tavnaghoney you can enjoy days out on the coast, visit the Gobbins, Belfast or enjoy walking, playing a round of golf, local festivals, hurling or just relaxing.

Tavnahoney townland is in Glenaan, one of the Nine Glens of Antrim, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nestled at the foot of the glen, the cottages are surrounded by rolling fields and rugged mountains. A short drive takes you to the villages of Cushendun and Cushendall. beaches, Glenariff Forest Park, Cushendall Golf Club and Cushendall Sailing & Boat Club. The bustling seaside town of Ballycastle is less than 25 minutes' drive away, where you can catch the ferry to Rathlin Island. There are pubs, cafes, takeaways and local shops all within a short drive. The annual Heart of the Glens Festival takes place in August each year in Cushendall with a wide range of activities and events for all ages.
