These semi-detached holiday properties are set in a peaceful location, surrounded by fields and streams, but with the added advantage of being only a short distance from the historic town of Great Torrington. Taw (ref 31062) and Torridge (ref 31063) have been converted from the old milking parlour, with sympathetic conversion and decoration keeping all of the old stone and brick work on the outside as original as possible. Taw is the smaller of the two, with one galleried bedroom looking onto the fields. It is open plan, light and airy with a small south facing patio to sit and enjoy the view. Torridge has two bedrooms, one double with an additional single upstairs and twin zip and link beds downstairs. The ground is level from the parking area through into the kitchen, first bedroom and the living room. The downstairs bedroom is suitable for those with walking difficulties or those who use a wheelchair. It has an en-suite shower room and a door out onto the south-facing patio.
