Please note that the cardholder must be present and part of the travelling party.

The name on the card used to book should match that of the guest's identification.

Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorised at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 50 per room per night to cover incidentals.

The authorisation will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.

Pre-authorised amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

We embrace a smoke-free policy therefore smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is not permitted inside any of our premises.

Please be aware that a £400 of deep cleaning fee will apply if evidence of smoking is detected upon departure.

Please note, this hotel is 100% non-smoking, and there are no smoking rooms or a smoking shelter at the property.

There is also a fee of GBP 100 if rooms are found to be excessively dirty.
