The apartment is based above a cafe on a working airfield, you have great views of the runway too.

We are located close to the East Coast ideal for day trips out for wonderful tasty fish and chips.
The historic and picturesque Market Place in Epworth is lined with independent boutiques and historic attractions such as The Old Rectory and St Andrews Church all this is just a 5 minute drive away.
The Trolley Bus Museum in Sandtoft which is 400 yards down the road from the apartment is a popular visitor attraction or the awe-inspiring natural landscape of Crowle Moors.
Even closer to home are the wonderful views of the airfiled runway which is very busy most days with light aircraft including on occasion helicopters and if you’re lucky you may even see some night flying which is amazing to watch from the apartment windows
