The ground floor features a comfortable living room complete with a smart TV with internet viewing, a bluetooth record player and a Sonos system, with the warmth of an open fire for those cooler evenings. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area include an electric oven and hob, a combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer – everything you need to feel at home. There's also a convenient ground-floor shower room with cubicle shower and toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms: two with double beds and a third with three single beds, perfect for families or groups. The main bathroom offers a bath with shower over and a toilet. Modern comforts such as electric central heating, Wi-Fi, and bed linen are all included, and a travel cot is available for young families. Outside, enjoy a peaceful morning coffee in the small enclosed front garden or gather for a barbecue in the lawned rear garden, which comes with garden furniture. Please note, the rear garden has a steep slope and drop, so supervision is advised. Logs for the fire are available locally, and on-road parking is available very nearby..
