The annexe was small but well laid out and immaculately clean. We only stayed for the night, and it was perfect for us. It is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with good parking on site. It was excellent value for money, and we'd certainly stay again.

The annex apartment is part of our large detached family home, but completely separate with its own entrance door. All newly refurbished in 2018 with oak floors and doors, new kitchen and bathroom and new carpet in the bedroom. We are situated in a nice residential area to the east side of the medieval town of Shrewsbury, it's a 20-25 minute walk to the town centre. Perfect for solo travellers, couples and can also accommodate 4 people at a squeeze. The bathroom is situated off the bedroom, so maybe not ideal for 2 couples, but fine for a family with children who are happy to share the sofa bed while on holiday. Groups of teenagers are not allowed. We have parking available on our spacious drive and amenities close at hand (Sainsbury's Local, Bradleys (lovely butchers/deli) and several pubs are all within a 10 minute walk). Guests have access to the accommodation only, there is no outside space available apart from parking and a pathway to the side entrance door. We are very happy to help with any questions you may have. Many guests prefer to be left to their own devices, which is fine. We will take the lead from you. Outdoor shoes are not allowed indoors.
