The Annexe has it’s own signature style and invites you to a hint of luxury combined with real home comfort. Styled to provoke curiosity. Nestling at the edge of a beautiful open field in the heart of Chipping Campden. The River Cam outside your window, great bed, fabulous shower and cosy kitchen/diner to cook up a storm if you’re having a night ‘at home’. Walking distance to the High Street if you’re not ( a minute or two) …… with plenty of great bars and restaurants to dine and drink. A perfect little cottage for two providing a romantic place to kick back and relax or a great base to explore: walk the Cotswolds Way, enjoy Cheltenham races, the literary festival or the Campden Music Festival. A spiral staircase winds it's way up to the main bedroom and bathroom. Savour some al fresco dining under the wisteria arbour in Summer, play pooh sticks in the brook, snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy the view on a frosty morning. The Annexe has it all: wellies, umbrellas, hot chocolate, sun hats, and G&Ts. More than a holiday let, a home from home you won’t want to leave. Come and enjoy. Jerome and I are both retired and have four grown up children dotted around the UK. We love meeting new people and hopefully look forward to welcoming you to the Cotswolds very soon.
The Annexe is unique within Chipping Campden because it doesn’t strive for perfection but offers excellence. Comfortable, stylish, relaxed and informal - the space allows guests to completely switch off from the hassles of life and really find both peace and fun. We have lovingly brought the Annexe together over several years, carefully choosing furnishings and fabrics to produce an eclectic mix. We feel we have created a place where people can be comfortable, stimulated and happy, lazy or energetic. It’s a wonderful base for walking, cycling, riding, chilling and reading. Throw open the French doors over the Cam on a sunny day and the view before you is simple but sublime - find that moment of total bliss.
