The Babbling Brook Country Inn is a Traditional 16th Century Inn, situated at the foot of the Quantock hills. We boast no Jukebox, TV , fruit machines or pool tables, just Excellent Food & Drink. Having won several awards for our Food you will be sure of a wonderful dining experience. With oak beams and open fires. You can choose to dine Alfresco in our beautiful Cottage garden during the warmer months or by our roaring fire when he weather is cooler. The property is located in a quiet residential area in the Hamlett of Shurton, the pub is the only amenity in the Hamlet but is less than a mile away from the Village of Stogursey where there is a shop and post office or 5 miles from Cannington. Otherwise you can travel approx 10 miles to Bridgwater or in the other direction to Minehead or Taunton all larger towns within easy access.
