The building itself is a wonderful Grade 2 star property near Plymouth Hoe, built in the mid 1800s, with a wide sweeping staircase going up through the middle of the building providing access to all of the apartments . The world famous Plymouth Hoe is just 250 yards away, with its wide open spaces and amazing views across Plymouth Sound and out to sea. The historic Barbican area of the city, with its links to America and the Mayflower Steps, is just a ten minute stroll from the building.
