The Beach House is in a wonderful position, just seconds from the beach, within a private beachside estate. Beautifully presented throughout, this unique split-level home has been thoughtfully designed to maximise its stunning surroundings, with balconies to both the front and rear. To the rear, a west-facing balcony offers sea views across The Solent to the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth — the perfect spot to unwind with a drink as the sun sets. At the front of the property, a full-width balcony overlooks the communal landscaped gardens and beach, providing a tranquil space to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Inside, the property features a spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area that features sliding doors opening onto the rear balcony, creating an ideal setting for meals al fresco after a day exploring the local coastline and countryside. The first-floor living room also opens onto a balcony and boasts wonderful sea views. The Beach House sleeps up to five guests across two comfortable bedrooms: a second-floor room with a super king bed featuring stunning sea views, and a ground-floor double room with an additional single bed. Both bedrooms benefit from modern ensuite bathrooms. In the super king bedroom, you will find an ensuite with shower, bath and w/c, and in the ground floor bedroom there is an ensuite shower and w/c. The Beach House also has an additional w/c on the ground floor for added convenience. The Beach House is dog friendly, with one well-behaved, adult dog (small to medium size) welcome. Guests can enjoy a small private garden, as well as access to communal lawned gardens, complete with a boat ramp. Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach to Selsey in the East or towards the bustling the villages of East and West Wittering in the other direction.
