A beautifully presented city centre town house furnished to a high standard. Providing a bespoke holiday home within 2 minutes walk of York city centre and a 5 minutes stroll to York railway station. The property provides spacious and welcoming living space with high quality furnishings and fittings, a living room with comfortable sofas, dining room with table that seats 6 people. A stunning kitchen with centre island and 3 bedrooms, 1 with feature super king size bed, 1 twin room and 1 double bedroom with en suite facilities. High quality bathroom. Enclosed private walled garden with seating area. A perfect bespoke home for a city stay. York’s many tourist attractions, bars and restaurants all within a short leisurely stroll. Easy access by car to travel to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and day trips to coastal towns such as Whitby and Scarborough. Please note - on street partaking permit for 1 vehicle provided.
