2 large double bedrooms with vaulted roof & south facing windows, king or super king sleigh beds with memory foam mattress and 65" 4k smart TV. En-suie shower room.

External courtyard garden to the south facing front with seating.
Parking at adjoining Grigshot House. (avoid parking at our neighbours Grigshot Lodge please)
Stable: Studio apartment, en-suit double with exposed stone walls and kitchenette, 65" 4k smart TV & lounge seating. To the front is a courtyard garden and parking at the adjoining main house.
