Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Smart TV. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Outside there is an enclosed but not fully dog secure, multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub and ample off-road parking. Three well-behaved dog welcomed, 25 per pet supplement. The small market town of Machynlleth sits amid the rolling hills of Mid Wales.
