    The cottage was warm and the log burner gave it a special glow. As many logs as required were provided on a self yourself basis. A welcome basket of goodies was provided. 3 toilets and 2 showers or baths were great. There are plenty of drawers...

Formerly an Edwardian Coaching House built to house the horses of Reverend Lance in 1905 and set in the grounds of The Old Rectory and the owner’s home. It has been lovingly restored into a cosy two bedroomed cottage. It is stylish, with many original features retained, yet it offers all the modern creature comforts, such as a well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, and a lovely raised mezzanine living area which resembles an original horse loose box and accommodates the original hay and water feeder.
