The living areas in this single-storey annexe consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, TV, and woodburning stove. There's also a bedroom with a super king bed and a shower room. Outside there is a front terrace with bench, and a private driveway for one car, shared with the owner. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.7 miles, and the beach in 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Dairy is a charming base for a romantic escape to Devon. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property, unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
