The property features a cozy living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a utility area, a separate dining room, and a lovely south-facing courtyard. There are two generously sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite, as well as a family bathroom. Additionally, the private driveway provides parking for at least three cars.
