On the East Lothian coast of North Berwick, The Folly Hotel situated opposite the West Links Golf Course. Dating back to the 1900s, this former fire station offers a bar for guests and golf club hire. Within 5 minutes’ walk of the town centre and a 45-minute drive from Edinburgh, it provides free Wi-Fi. Each room a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. All have an en suite shower. North Berwick has a variety of restaurants, including Italian, Indian, Scottish, Thai and Chinese, within a 10-minute walk. This licensed hotel is a 12-minute walk from the Scottish Seabird Centre and 20 minutes from Glen Golf Club, with several other golf courses along this stretch of coast. The National Museum of Flight and the East Links Family Park are among the region’s other attractions within 15-25 minutes’ drive. Free parking is available opposite the property. The hotel provides a convenient stopover on the John Muir trail.
