The guest house looks over Irvine's busy Harbour area, with a great choice of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. Our long sandy beach, which stretches to Troon, is just a short walk away.
I like to play golf, and keep fit
Whether your visit is for business or pleasure, the location should be perfect. We are only two hundred yards from the rail station. (This has a regular fifteen minute service to Glasgow central station, Prestwick airport and Ayr central). Irvine's main shopping area is less than a five minute walk away and includes Marks and Spencer, Primark, Next, J.D. Wetherspoons, McDonalds, Costa, plus many independent coffee shops and restaurants around the Harbour itself.
