About this property
This charming Victorian guest house is situated in the heart of Ilfracombe’s picturesque Heritage Harbour and on the route of the South West Coast Path. All rooms feature an en suite bathroom, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and free tea and coffee. Some also have spectacular sea views. Dating from 1896, the building retains many original Victorian features, with its wooden staircase and modernized lookalike double-glazed sash windows still in place alongside its updated solid structure with full fire safety features, incorporated and its modern facilities including health and fire safety. Full breakfasts, lunches, and evening meals are available at the Brit (across the road and open from 8 am until 10.30 pm every day) in the morning, alongside a wide choice of drinks. Mixed Asian restaurant, Sauna, Steam room Bubble bath, and massage Parlor will be opening soon as part of this hotel.

There is no private parking available. Guests are recommended to use Ropery Road Car Park, just a short stroll from our property along Broad Street.
There is no lift, access to rooms is only via a central staircase.
The harbour area outside can be quite lively in the evenings, and guests may experience noise especially at weekends and peak periods.
