Amazing peaceful seaside Grand Victorian house with a beautiful landscaped sub tropical garden and far reaching sea view.
It has five large king sized bedrooms and five reception rooms backing onto the beautiful St Boniface Downs
Peaceful elevated setting and only 5 minutes’ walk into Ventnor town with all its great dining and shops, and a further 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Also has a large beautiful and secluded lounging and outdoor dining areas to enjoy the magnificent island sunset.
