The Ivy Tree offers food all-day with breakfast, lunch and evening meals and offers a fantastic selection of ales, beers, wines, cocktails, soft drinks and hot drinks including fresh coffee Sky Sports/TNT Sports is shown throughout the bar/restaurant areas, we also have outside TVs in our part sheltered and heated beer garden where you can watch all the sports in the sun , wind or rain Our newly re-fitted & decorated bedrooms are equipped with a desk and freeview enabled flat screen TV's All our rooms are En-suite with complementary toiletries, hairdryer and ironing board. Free on site parking is available and is covered by external CCTV

Neighbourhood information

The Ivy Tree is situated next to the A66 link road near to the leafy suburb of Hartburn with easy access to the towns of Darlington, Middlesbrough and Yarm. Yarm is a market town with a great selection of cafes, bars and restaurant's The Tees Barrage is close by great for walks and watersports with Teesside Park Shopping Centre next door. The Cleveland Hills and surrounding countryside and likewise the north east coastal areas also being only a short drive away
