Guests will stay in this brand-new lodge which offers a stylish home from home on the outskirts of Rugby (complimentary cold breakfast tray), situated in the Hillmorton/Houlton area. The area allows easy access to all major motorways & Rugby railway station is a short 10 min drive. Newly built Houlton development has many lovely countryside walks with a Coop, Park, David Lloyd Club & a highly rated restaurant all within walking distance. Hillmorton also offers canal walks, pubs & restaurants. Please note Ev charging as an additional cost on price per kWh through an app. No Night Workers. Strictly no smokers.
