The Picturesque seaside town of Newcastle is a 15 minute walk along the seafront, providing access to the beach, promenade and the town’s Main Street with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The house has one double bedroom and is perfect for any couple seeking a peaceful retreat. There is also a second bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children. A uniquely located property, with panoramic views of the sea to the front with Donard Woods to the rear. A great location from which to explore the local area designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, including mountains, beaches, and the forest parks of Tollymore and Castlewellan. Due the elevation of the property please note the driveway is steep. I repeat the driveway is STEEP. There are four steps leading up the the property, unfortunately due to this it may not be suitable for any person with mobility issues. Free wifi throughout the property. Again to clarify the house has spectacular views due to the elevation, the driveway is steep.

The area is quiet and very serene. There are coffee shops, bars and a local convenience store at the harbour which is a 10 minute walk from the property. Into the town you have a multitude of good places to eat and drink as well as supermarkets and local butchers and grocers. Newcastle is a special place and the town and surrounding area provides beautiful beaches, golf courses, forest parks and of course the mountains of Mourne.
