Property information

These are gorgeous and spacious apartments in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter that fits the need for all guests. They sit in a brand new secure and purpose made block of apartments. Walk into an ambiance of space and style with your every home from home need met. Fast speed internet broadband and SMART TV are provided to serve your in-house entertainment needs and a fully equipped kitchen to cook up those tasty meals. Make use of the washer/dryer and you won't have to leave for home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry, now only if we had a self serving solution for the ironing too, alas the ironing board and iron will have to make do :) These are suitable for business travelers, contractors and especially families who love lots of space and separate rooms (we have books and games for your little ones). Be sure to make full use of all the facilities and really feel at home :)

Neighbourhood information

One of the trendiest areas of Birmingham City Centre. Jewellery Quarter has shops, cafes, bars and restaurants on your door step. You are also 5 minutes from a 24 hour Tesco supermarket and this area has its own railway station, making faster connections to other areas of Birmingham. St Pauls Square and Bull Ring are one stop away or a short walk. This landmark historic building where the apartments are was formerly where coins were once minted and dates to over 160 years old. This unique area itself dates back more than 250 years old and is still home to over 500 jewellery businesses. A designated conservation area with over 200 listed buildings, it has been described by English Heritage as 'a unique environment in England - a national treasure' which has few, if any, parallels in Europe. The Jewellery Quarter also contains Birminghams last remaining Georgian Square in the tranquil surroundings of St Paul's, with its fine restaurants, bars and galleries.
