"A most elegant and attractive period Bed and Breakfast with well maintained gardens occupying a wonderful village setting". Oak beams aplenty. Original brick floor and cobbles we offer a home from home place to stay with all the quirkiness that comes with a house as old as this. Formerly a bookshop this has been tastefully renovated to offer all the comforts needed to give you a stay to remember.
Mandi and Ivan moved to Williton at the end of 2016 and set about the arduous task of renovating the Old Bookshop. It has been a labour of love and we hope our guests will fully appreciate the final outcome. Mandi is well travelled and spent three years in St Kitts in the West Indies. Ivan is ex RAF and has many years experience in the computer industry. Both enjoy the countryside and take pleasure in exploring what Williton and the surrounding area has to offer. They are both happy for their guests to learn about Williton and this glorious part of Somerset - there is so much around here and they are finding new places constantly.
The Old Bookshop is located in the village of Williton. There are two small supermarkets, a bank, a pharmacy, a doctor and dentist within minutes from the B&B.
