The electric usage to the standard 3-pin (13A/3kW max) socket is metered; an appropriate cable is required; the meter will be read at the end of your stay and you will be refunded the difference between the deposit and the actual reading, by BACS. Electricity for this car charging only (electricity internal to the property is included in the cost of the stay) will be charged at 10p/kWh over the rate the owner pays to cover installation and maintenance and you will be informed of the current rate prior to paying the deposit.
