The Old Vicarage is a family run Bed & Breakfast situated in the peaceful village of Luxulyan, near St Austell. The individually styled guest rooms are finished to a high standard, all having en-suites and complementary toiletries.

We have lived at The Old Vicarage since June 2013, having relocated to Cornwall. We have lots of local knowledge and have visited most of the Cornish attractions and places of interest (we have been visiting the peninsula for many years prior to relocating here). We are always happy to help our guests plan their time with ideas of places to visit (whether your interests are walking, visiting quaint Cornish villages and attractions or photography) so that you can make the most of your visit to Cornwall.

The Old Vicarage Bed & Breakfast is within walking distance of the beautiful Luxulyan Valley (designated a World Heritage Site), 2 miles from the Eden Project, 5 miles from Charlestown and 8 miles from Fowey. There is a village shop and Post Office and a village Pub (The Kings Arms) both within walking distance. Although we are situated in a peaceful village, the A30 is within easy reach and our location provides an ideal base for exploring the Cornish peninsula, with many places of interest only a few miles away.
