Prime location to access vibrant MK. Ideal location for effortless commutes round Central MK. Great for professionals & families. All comforts of home - Bedroom -STANDARD dbl bed; - Sofabed -for one person in Living Room *IMPORTANT: NOTIFY host if sofabed is needed - Guests have access to entire flat. *EXCLUDES items marked "HOST USE ONLY" - Self contained washing & drying facilities, iron. - Essentials in kitchen -use as needed - WiFi, - NETFLIX *NOTE: ONLY the GUESTS the booking has been made for can spend the night. *We do NOT ALLOW* GUESTS to bring in more people than has been booked to stay! It's the 3 of us Bianca, Emily & Tony. We have the 2 listings which came from converting a 3 bed house into 2 separate, 1 bed FLATS. We’ve done all the work ourselves and are very proud of the space created. ***(Please note our property is a flat, NOT a hotel!) When we travel we look for places we are confident will be clean & stylish. So we hope to offer guests the same. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of the home and leave it in a tidy condition. We live in the area and are just minutes from the flats, so we can always be on hand if needed. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any queries or in case of a problem. We can be reached via the message board on here or by text or call on the mobile no. (which we will provide in the message prior to your arrival). We are otherwise very happy to give guests their privacy.
Situated in a predominantly residential area of the city which has even better access to train station than most other central flats out there. **Please be mindful of our neighbours and the guests in the flat downstairs! Local shops 1 minute away with Lidl and Tesco express as well as 3 pizza take-aways and recommended indian restaurant. Nearby gyms Getting around Dedicated parking spot for the flat on the doorstep.
