Fairoaks is a luxury collection of four holiday barns on a 600-acre estate situated on the Herefordshire/Gloucestershire border near to the pretty town of Ledbury and at the foothills of the Malvern Hills - an area of outstanding natural beauty. Once used as a working farm many years ago, the barns at Fairoaks have been fully restored by the owner, Mark Lodge. All four barns are now five star luxury holiday retreats that can be hired exclusively for twenty four people, or hired separately. The Millhouse and The Stables can accommodate up to 8 people and The Carthouse and The Piggary can accommodate up to 4 people. Depending on the size of your party you can hire all or a combination of the barns. Fairoaks has a large luxury indoor swimming pool for all to use, which also has charming views looking across to the escarpment. We also have a large dining area with a kitchen equipped with all the essentials for entertaining 24 people. So whether it’s a family holiday, a romantic break for two, or a party for a celebration, we have the facilities to suit every occasion to make your experience unforgettable.

The nearest town is Ledbury, a stunning market town that’s known for its rich history and community feel. Discover the market every Tuesday and Saturday, or simply peruse the many independent shops, restaurants and pubs.
For a fun day out, the famous Severn Valley Railway and West Midlands Safari Park are under an hour away. Or, if you are after a real adventure, head to the Wyre Forest where you can whizz through the trees on a zip wire at Go Ape.
Fancy a tipple? Piston Gin School is around 30 minutes away. You will discover the history of gin, learn the process of distilling, select your own botanicals and create your very own bottle to take away with you. You will also get a few tasters along the way.
