Please note this is a POD and NOT a tent. The glamping pod is located on our private land where we live in the main House. We also have 1 larger Log cabin. The pod is situated away from boh the house and cabin in a lovely corner of the grounds. While we are not in a town or village we are only 4 miles from the historic market town of Alnwick. This of course has the famous castle used in numerous films including Harry Potter. There are many lovely beaches all within a 10 min drive along with many small towns and villages where you can dine or have a few cheeky drinks. We have several taxi firms and a bus service which stops every 2 hours at the gates. So many other great castles to explore here and many other superb attractions to enjoy in this wonderful part of our country
I hope you will enjoy staying at Pinky’s Pod. We are Shaun and Jennifer who own the property which the pod is on. We are very much animal lovers with 4 rescue dogs and a lot of rescue hens. Our first Hen was called Pinky which the pod is named after.We look forward to greeting you and will do all we can to help you have a wonderful stay
We are situated 4 mies from Alnwick town and castle. 25 mins drive from Berwick. 35 mile from Newcastle. We are very central to all the attractions in this wonderful part of the country
