The Prince is a Family run Guesthouse where you will always get a warm welcome from the owners Nicky and Mark, The Head Housekeeper / Waitress Cheryl ( Daughter ), Holly ( Daughter ) and other members of their family.

Property information

Owners Nicky and Mark moved from Hertfordshire to Great Yarmouth when they bought The Prince in September 2014 and immediately began to refurbish the property. The first phase of refurbishment included the Entrance Lobby, Dining Room, Bar area, Lounge and modern Toilet Facilities on the ground level. Work then began on the second phase the Bedrooms on the top floor, each room was stripped back to floor boards, double glazed and re-fitted with new en-suites, new décor, and beds. The End of 2016 early 2017 saw the beginning of the third phase of refurbishing Bedrooms on the first floor and also saw the refurbishment of the Downstairs Basement bar which is available to book for private functions only . This has been a labor of love for Nicky and Mark and they hope you enjoy the new modern facilities they offer at The Prince along with a friendly welcome and chat in The Bar.

Neighbourhood information

The Prince is ideally situated with just a minute walk to the beach. amusements and the famous Britannia Pier. We are also just a stroll away from the town center with its shop and market.
