If you have opted to pay at property The Queens Hotel will ask for payment on arrival either by debit or credit card. The Queens Hotel does not accept any groups of 6 people or more. Group Policy: Bookings with 3 rooms or more (up to 6 people total) will be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit within 24 hours of booking. Please note that some rooms boast views of the river. These rooms are subject to availability and at a surcharge.
The Royal Brasserie serves dinner daily between 17:00 and 20:30. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast from 07:30 until 10.00 Monday to Friday, and 10:30 at weekends. Booking a table for breakfast and dinner on arrival is essential.
Parking is pre-bookable only (height restrictions apply)and carries a nightly supplement. When the hotel car park is full or closed due to flooding, you can use a nearby public parking facility. Alternative National Car Parks parking is located 200 yards from the property and costs GBP 27 per 24 hours.

Please note the room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Please note during January and February evening service may be reduced.
