The Stables is the largest of 3 Cottages created from the conversion and renovation of the old farm stable block. Sited around a stone courtyard with the other two properties. We are located on the outskirts of the wonderful seaside town of Bridlington and it is only a steady 20 minute stroll along a farm track to the golden sands and grassy dunes of Wilsthorpe Beach, stretching miles in both directions towards Bridlington and Fraisthorpe. We allow well behaved dogs to stay in the cottage, 1 medium size dog or 2 small dogs. No Puppies there is a charge of 30 pounds per dog per stay. The Stables has been lovingly renovated and each room tastefully decorated and furnished with guest comfort in mind. With underfloor heating throughout this cottage offers a lovely warm welcome when you step inside into the open plan living area. The well-equipped country style kitchen sits to one side and offers an electric oven and hob and a dishwasher. There is plenty of work top space to prepare a tasty picnic to enjoy on the beach. The dining table sits close by and provides plenty of seating for six. The seating area is a delightful space to sit and relax on an evening after a busy day sightseeing. The Stables offers a king-size room and a family room with king-size bed, single bed and a sofa bed for one. The accommodation is completed with a very stylish wet -room with the shower featuring a rainwater head. To the front of the cottage is a large communal stone courtyard with central pergolla and private seating; perfect for enjoying a morning coffee at the start of a busy day or perhaps enjoy a glass of wine on an evening. Ideal if you decide to dine al-fresco. A short drive will bring you to the popular harbour town of Bridlington, famous for its crab and lobster trawlers. With miles of sandy beach, long promenades and traditional family seaside fun there is plenty on offer. A little further along the coast are Scarborough and Filey.

Hi We are John & Mandy and we are the Hosts at The Cottages at Eastmoor Farm. We are around most weekends if you need anything, but when we are not here we are just at the end of the Phone, or text Whats App or E mail Us. We opened up in February 2022 and this is our first Uk Lettings venture. We are dog friendly and we have 2 golden retrievers of our own. If we are on site please knock on our door if you need anything, we will introduce ourselves to all the guests, but if you want to be left alone just let us know, we wont take offence.

Located on the outskirts of Bridlington on the beautiful East Coast of Yorkshire. We are surrounded by Farmers Fields, but less tan 1 mile from the beach. Visit the Spa in Town with its many shows and exhibitions. The Deep in Hull is a fantastic day out. Bridlington old town set the scenery for some of the filming for Dads Army and also has the beautiful Priory and the Bayle Museum. A holiday to The Stables would not be complete without a clifftop walk at Flamborough or a day trip to the RSPB reserve at Bempton, which is home to a colony of Puffins and Kittiwakes. You will be spoilt for choice if you enjoy visiting stately homes with Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere House, Sewerby Hall and Castle Howard (from Brideshead Revisited) all within easy reach. The Stables is the perfect location for your peaceful Yorkshire holiday.
