The Stables Deer Park Farm in Knowle Solihull offer well equipped rooms with double or superking beds, private ensuites with showers overlooking the farms 60 acres of paddocks and Warwickshire countryside. This accommodation sleeps two people in a converted stable and feautures modern furnishings and free wifi. We are just 12 minutes drive from the centre of Solihull or if you wish to dine in Lapworth, Knowle we have an array of Gastro country pubs and restuarants within walking distance. Local takeaways will also deliver to you stable door if you prefer to dine in and enjoy the scenery from your stable or sit out on your terrace or on our green where we have outside table and chairs. There is a welcome folder in your stable with menus for local pubs and takeaways. The NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International airport and railway station are just 15 minutes drive from us.

"The Stables" modern farm converted horse stable accommodation with private en-suites. We offer tea and coffee, complimentary pastries, butters and preserves for your arrival. We are only 17 minutes from Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick. 15 minutes from NEC Solihull, there is a private gated entrance with self check in door codes giving our guests a no fuss check in and privacy they like. The Stables at Deer Park Farm offer over night accommodation overlooking the farm’s 60 acre paddocks with horses, red deer and alpacas. Each stable /rooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries, double bed and solid oak flooring, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, our super king stable boasts a super king bed , separate lounge area and kitchen. Dog Friendly accommodation. Please call The Stables to book for your pets stay prior to arrival day or add to your booking when you book. Charges are per night, per pet and not included in your room rate. We do not provide meal options or daily housekeeping for consecutive days. Thank you

The Stables Deer Park Farm sits in 60 acres of glorious Warwickshire countryside yet is only 15 minutes from the NEC National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham Airport and with close links to motorway networks, we are just under 2 hours from the center of London. Just 17 minutes from Shakespeare County Stratford Upon Avon and Warwick. We are just over a mile from Knowle and Dorridge where there are many pubs and restaurants to suit all budgets and dietary requirements. In the village of Knowle there are restaurants and cafes that cater for vegan / vegetarian options also. The Black Boy pub and The Kings Arms pub both dog friendly, are in walking distance and both sit on the canal which is a lovely walk especially on a summers eve. National Trust properties Packwood House and Heritage House Baddesley Clinton are only one mile away from The Stables accommodation.

Please note that there are dogs resident that belong to the owner, who reside in kennels by the farmhouse. They will not be around the unless they are on a walk with the owner. They are all friendly and well behaved.
