Originally a photographers studio, the buildings had been converted into a studio apartment. Kitchen, living area with a separate shower room. All the things that are important to us when we staying away from home we feel we have covered. The Studio is decorated with Lee’s abstract photography work and work from Vicki Shortt Art along with local business such as plants by Stem & Co. Plenty of outside space with a seating to chill out with a glass of something and catch the last rays if the day. Secure off road parking within a private fenced and gated area. A quiet residential area close to the beach (dog friendly year round) and walking distance to the town of Cleethorpes. You can also book direct if you want to stay longer. Please note: Adults only

My husband Lee and I love travelling, music and our dog Teddie. I love gardening and spend as much time as possible outside pottering about or redesigning the gardens and you may well hear me pottering about in the summer with another little artsy project which may have taken my fancy. I finished work at the end of June and am now concentrating on The Studio, hopefully I won't need to find another 'real' job. Lee still works full time from home but we always stop for lunch and tea breaks together along with our shadow Teddie. Teddie is a Wire Fox Terrier we adopted in December 22 after we lost our last fur baby Molly in June 22, also a Wire Fox Terrier. Teddie loves her walks on the beach and down the costal path to have a good run and sniff around and has settled in well, she’s 7 years old and a real character.

This is a very quiet residential area in walking distance to the beach and coastal walks. The main town of Cleethorpes is 5 minutes away by car and walkable if desired. Lots of local pubs and restaurants and the best fish and chips in the country(in our opinion). Lots of lovely places to walk, we have 2 mountain bikes you are welcome to use during your stay. Close by places to visit such as Lincoln is only 45 minutes away and the lovely little farming town of Louth only 25 minutes away, 45 minutes also get you to Hull via the Humber Bridge. Cleethorpes is close by walking along the seafront will take you about 30 minutes, stopping for a little craft beer or cider at the Signal Box Inn (the smallest pub on the planet, You will often find us there on a weekend with Teddie, this might take you a little longer, but we’ll worth the stop, or catch the miniature railway to the leisure centre and the start of the promenade.
