The Studio is a self contained building standing apart from our Grade II listed cottage and surrounded by our traditional english country garden. It has been lovingly restored and refurbished to a high standard with your comfort in mind. Choose from a variety of nearby pubs and restaurants where you can enjoy liquid refreshment, lunch or an evening meal - 3 of which are within walking distance. Take time out to soak in the large free standing roll top bath before, or after, a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep on the king size bed with gorgeous memory foam mattress. Wake in the morning to a complimentary continental breakfast basket (including freshly baked pastries, juice, yoghurts and fruit salad) delivered to your door and make the most a late morning check out (11am). In the room there is a nespresso coffee machine and kettle, with a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. The mini fridge contains individual bottles of chilled wine, chocolate bars and milk. Crisps and a basket of fruit are also provided. Outside the french windows we have created a seating area where you can relax with a view across the parkland beyond our garden.

Whether you are looking for a break from the fast pace action of urban life, you are treating yourself to some quality time with a loved one, looking for a base from which to attend Goodwood or explore the South Downs National Park, or you just need a pit stop en-route to Gatwick, look no futher ... Take advantage of the convenience of being situated in the heart of our picturesque village. There are 3 pubs, a village shop and a cafe all within walking distance. Explore further afield if you have time on your hands. The stunning market town of Petworth is on our doorstep and the South Downs lead to the coast. Goodwood, Arudel, Chichester, Brighton and of course London are all within easy reach. Our nearest train station is Billingshurst (3.2 miles). Horsham and Haslemere are approx 20 mins away by car. Gatwick is 17 miles so approx 30 mins by car or train.
